Navigating the Complexities of Web Design and Networking: A Journey of Growth and Resilience
This fourth quarter has significantly expanded my understanding of web design and networking technologies. My exploration of MS FrontPage unveiled the power of a dedicated web design program, moving beyond basic text editing to create dynamic and visually appealing web pages. I learned to effectively utilize its features for layout design, multimedia integration, and content management. Simultaneously, studying networking devices, media, and connectors provided a foundational understanding of network architecture and functionality. I gained practical knowledge of various devices like routers, switches, and hubs, along with the different media types (fiber optic, coaxial, twisted-pair) and their corresponding connectors (RJ-45, BNC, etc.).
